Ben Hoadley.

I started building in 1995 — roofs, framing, finish work — on job sites at sixteen.

I earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue in 2001. At HBE Corporation in St. Louis, I was a Project Engineer on hospitals, medical office buildings, financial institutions, and renovations for HBE's owned hospitality brand, Adam's Mark Hotels. After that, as a Project Manager at Burkhardt Construction in Florida, I ran streetscapes and heavy utility infrastructure.

The Hoadley Group is family-operated. My wife and I run Hoadley Construction and Barefoot Realty & Investments together, raising five children in the homes our work touches.
