A named principal
One person owns every engagement end to end. No pipeline handoff, no associate layer, no team change at year three.

Fewer handoffs
Where a single operator can hold the work — brokerage, construction, or both — we do. The client does not route the file.

Aligned compensation
Brokerage, retainer, fixed fee, or GMP — the structure is chosen to align with the client's outcome, not to add scope.

Discretion
Client identities, transaction details, and project scopes stay confidential. NDA available on request. No advisor referral data retained.

Documented work
Brokerage, construction, and advisory work are documented to the standard a client's counsel, lender, or successor can hand off without rework.

Selective capacity
A limited number of engagements each year. Saying no is what protects the standard on the ones we accept.
